Wrongful Death cases
Under Ohio law, a surviving spouse, parents, and children are presumed to have suffered damages in the event of the wrongful death of a person. Whether the death occurs as a result of a workplace injury, an automobile accident, a slip and fall, an animal attack, or for some other reason, compensation and money damages may be available.
Uninsured / Underinsured
Uninsured/underinsured motorist claims frequently clients are involved in automobile accidents where serous injuries occur and where the party who caused the accident had either no insurance or insufficient insurance to cover the losses. Under appropriate facts and circumstances, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage may be available to cover the shortfall. These cases can be difficult and highly specific. Only an attorney knowledgeable about uninsured and underinsured motorists claims and insurance law should handle such cases. In most cases, the client's insurance premiums will not be affected by making these types of claims.

All of these types of cases are taken in on a contingency fee basis, exclusive of expenses which may be advanced by the attorney.
